Rules of the drive camp

1. Who runs this camp

These terms govern your use of logdrivecamp.com ("Log Drive Camp", "we", "us"), operated by the operator of logdrivecamp.com. Using the site means you accept them.

2. Age to sign on

Log Drive Camp is only for users aged 19 or over, and every hand who uses it confirms they are 19 or over.

3. Coins in the camp purse

• Brannock hands out the virtual coins for the games free of charge.
• Coins have no monetary value. They are not money, credit or property, only numbers in the crew book.
• Whether for money, goods, services or prizes, no coin may be purchased, sold, withdrawn, transferred or exchanged, and the camp has no in-app purchases.
• Nothing of real-world value is offered as a prize, at any landing.
• We may adjust or reset coins, levels and features whenever the drive needs it.

4. No gambling for real money on this river

Real-money gambling is neither offered nor promoted by Log Drive Camp, and nothing on the river links to gambling operators.

5. Your crew card

• A free account is needed for the two worlds downstream of the open gorge. Keep to one account per person and do not share it.
• Keep your password to yourself the way you would your own pike pole, and let us know immediately if somebody else has used your account.
• Your account page lets you delete your crew card whenever you like. It goes immediately and cannot be brought back.
• Brannock may suspend an account used to disrupt the site, or one he believes belongs to someone under 19.
• Coins, levels and missions go with the account; they never become your property, and Brannock can reset them.

6. How to behave in camp

Camp rule: no disrupting the site, no automated tools turned on it, no offers to trade coins, and nobody under 19 allowed to use it.

7. Downtime, high water and liability

The site is handed over “as is”, and any part of it may be altered or taken down. A malfunction voids all plays and pays. No liability that the law forbids limiting is limited by these terms, and your statutory rights are left as they are.

8. The law over this camp

Ontario law governs these camp rules: the laws of the Province of Ontario plus the federal laws of Canada that reach into Ontario.
